A jurisprud\u00eancia desta Corte Superior firmou-se no sentido de que a aus\u00eancia ou irregularidades nos dep\u00f3sitos de FGTS implica falta grave do empregador, h\u00e1bil a configurar hip\u00f3tese de rescis\u00e3o indireta, nos termos do artigo 483, &#8220;d&#8221;, da CLT.
